First of all, I cannot handle spicy food. But many time I like to eat food that is spicy (my tongue burn frequently) from the spiciness.
I was wondering.. Have anyone here CANNOT stand the spicy food or sauces but have managed to elevate the tolerate levels to high where you can eat any kind of spicy food without get the smoke out of your ears (figuratively)?
Because Im hoping to find things that can help me to increase my toleration for the spicy food. I have been craving spicy food but at same time Im afraid Im going to explode.
