Hot sauce, of course

I'm new to this community. My name is Stephen.

Here's my favorite ones, with my absolute favorite at the top:

Bayou Love Potion #9 (A great, peppery flavor that's really spicy! And it lingers!)

El Yucateco (green habanero and chipotle)

Actually, that's it. I haven't tried too many, really, although I really should.

Also, I don't like hot sauces that have that nasty vinger flavor, like Frank's Red Hot. It isn't even spicy!

Anyway, here's a marinade of sorts I used for the July 4th cook-out thing at my cousins' house.

I call it:

"Operation Chicken"

3 Tablespoons El Yucateco chipotle hot sauce
1 Tablespoon El Yucateco green habanero hot sauce
2 Tablespoons clover honey
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1.5 Teaspoons onion powder
1.5 Cups of water

It isn't very spicy, and I wasn't entirely pleased with the flavor. I plan on trying something new for a cook-out this Saturday I plan on going to. I'll let you know how that goes.

On an unrelated note, I like Robot Surfer, a band.
